   Naj Exquisite Thai Cuisine, is 
extremely proud to be housed in this 
remarkable location with 120 years of 
history behind it, this historical 
premise was once belonging to 
Chaophraya Yom-Mah-Raj �The Stateman� 
named �Pan Sukhum�,who had been mostly 
entrusted by His Majesty King 
Chulachomklao, to take charge of 
various construction projects, such as, 
the Ananta Throne Hall construction 
project, the construction and 
installation of Tap Water Pipe System 
and the establishment of the 
Metropolitan Electricity Authority 
during that period. The same entrusting 
work to him had continued till the 
Reign of King Rama VI that he had been 
bestowed to the Rank of 
Maha-Armart-Nayok (or equivalent to the 
ministerial level). Till the era of 
King Anantamahidol reign as His Majesty 
was still very young, it had 
necessitated the appointment of the 
Council of Regents.As Chaophraya 
Yom-Mah-Raj was appointed one of the 
regents he was, indeed, the Top 
Stateman of four reigns(from King 
Rama V to King Rama VII) as this was 
recorded in the Thai history.
